We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate ALN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Cardiff.

Day Rate: – £83.85 Per day
Duration: Full Time / 8.20am – 15.10pm
Location: – West Cardiff, United Kingdom 
Start Date: ASAP
What will be my Responsibilities?

v  Collaboration with classroom teachers to plan and deliver tailored educational activities, ensuring they are engaging and accessible for children with ALN (Additional Learning Needs)

v  Provide 1:1 or small group support to students, helping with classwork, assignments, and projects.

v  Adopt a positive and inclusive learning environment to support and develop educational growth.

What will you need?
In this role you will need to play a key and pivotal role in providing invaluable 1:1 support to children with a range of additional learning needs, including challenging behaviour, ensuring they receive an inclusive and enlightening educational experience.

–          Registered with the EWC. Education Workforce Council

–          Enhanced DBS Certificate & added to the Update Service

–          Right to work in the UK

–          Strong English-speaking skills

–          2 references

Key Skills Required

      Previous experience working with children with additional learning needs is highly desirable.

      Possess a patient and empathetic approach, with the ability to build strong rapport with children from diverse backgrounds.

      Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with students, colleagues, and parents.
