About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects. As a Civils Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring the smooth execution of civil engineering projects, including highways, earthworks, drainage, and other infrastructure works.

* Health & Safety: Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

* Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

* Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure that all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.

* Budget & Schedule Management: Manage project budgets and schedules, making sure that financial targets and deadlines are met.

* Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.

* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the successful delivery of the project.

Qualifications:

* Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in site management within civil engineering.

* Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates are essential. A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.

* Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in project management software is a plus.

* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of civil engineering practices, health and safety regulations, and quality control procedures
