Job Profile:

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Credit Controller to join our flexible finance team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit policies, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining healthy cash flow. This position requires a conscientious professional with a strong background in debt collection, administrative tasks, and proficiency in Oracle software.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively chase overdue payments via telephone, email, and written communication.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
Negotiate payment plans with clients when necessary, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Set and review credit limits based on financial analysis and company policies.
Prepare and provide regular reports on credit status and overdue accounts to senior management.
Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of debt collection processes and strategies.
Proficiency in Oracle software and strong IT skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
