Shifts:
Monday to Friday 6am – 2.30pm
Monday to Thursday 6am – 4pm
7 days across 2 weeks including every other weekend 12hrs 6am – 6pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operators to join a well-established food manufacturing site in the Caerphilly area. This is a hands-on role working as part of a fast-paced production team, ensuring products are prepared, packed, and processed to high quality and hygiene standards.
This position offers long-term opportunities and can lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Working on a production line handling food products
Packing, labelling, and inspecting products
Ensuring hygiene, safety, and quality standards are met at all times
Following all health & safety procedures
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Cleaning down equipment and work areas as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
Ability to work on a fast-paced production line
Good attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights
