HR Officer – 6-months FTC, Cardiff, up to £35,000 (DOE), hybrid, 12+ months experience required. A well-established law firm is seeking an addition of an experienced HR Officer to support HR administration team. OVERVIEW:
• Overseeing HR administration processes, ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes tasks such as onboarding, employment checks, employment contracts, change administration, payroll updates, and HR system maintenance.
• Ensuring HR records and systems deliver accurate and timely data.
• Maintaining and enforcing HR Standard Operating Procedures and policies, reporting any issues, and recommending necessary changes.
• Performing HR system data inputs and audits in preparation for a new HR system implementation.
• Assisting in the development of HR systems, reporting mechanisms, and documentation.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as required.
• The suitable candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with impressive administrative and IT skills.
• This role offers hybrid working arrangements, working up to 2 days per week on-site.
