The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Interim Supported Living Manager to oversee supported living services in Colwyn Bay. This is a temporary role, designed to ensure the continuity and quality of care for the individuals being supported. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the services, ensuring that all staff deliver the highest standard of care and support, in line with their values and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of supported living services, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of support staff, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to deliver exceptional care.
Develop and implement individual care plans that meet the specific needs of the people we support.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
Work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources while maintaining high standards of service.
Monitor and report on service outcomes, implementing improvements where necessary.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a leadership role within supported living, or a related field.
A minimum of a level 3 qualification in health and social care
Strong understanding of the needs of adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, complex needs, and autism.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions.
