Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced office Administrator in the Ystrad Mynach area

Hours of work – can either be part time up to 30 hours or full time between the hours of 9:00am-17:00 Monday-Friday.

Overview of the role:

The role will involve building key customer relationships through ensuring a high level of service and through promotion of the company’s dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the role:

* Ensure customer enquiries, received by phone, email and fax, are handled quickly and efficiently using the bespoke computer system.

* Maintain customer records, ensuring high levels of compliance.

* Complete all aspects of office administration.

* Dealing with victors, ensuring a professional image is give at all times.

* Act as the first port of contact for incoming calls.

* Publishing documents and contracts within a timely manner.

* To ensure a professional, friendly and consistent service is provided for the customer.

* Achieve and maintain a strong understanding of the products and services that the company offers.

Experience / desired attributes:

* Previous experience, ideally in a similar role.

* Proven ability to build, develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

* Experience of answering queries via phone and email relating to goods and services.

* A “can-do” attitude to ensure delivery of the highest service to all customers
