A major employer in the centre of Cardiff is looking due to growth for their next permanent Portfolio Management Coordinator to join the team serving over 500 clients across the UK. This is a hybrid role offering an excellent benefits package

You will need to have:

Strong Excel skills and be extremely organised.

Able to develop and maintain active communication with clients and the team

Pro-actively monitor and assess data to identify and correct any inaccuracies

Maintain databases, folders and systems and provide a high level of customer service

The focus of the role will be the ongoing change of tenancies to the property portfolio, liaising with clients, liaising with suppliers, making sure suppliers hold the correct details and ensuring updates are made to the database
This role requires a keen eye for detail, organisation, and strong communication skills. You will be expected to represent the team with any supplier relationship meetings. This role is the integrity of data and is essential for the effective and correct work of the other teams.
The successful candidate will have experience of accurately inputting data into a database, along with the ability to work under pressure.
Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and the provision of a high level of service to clients and be able to easily build a rapport with clients and colleagues.
