Production Supervisor

Aberystwyth

£32,900 – £35,500 + Afternoon Shift Pattern (2pm – 10:30pm) + Site-based + Training + Enhanced Pension + Healthcare + Overtime Available

Do you have supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production industry, and are looking for the next step in your career with a global food manufacturer?

This leading international FMCG company has sites across the UK and customers worldwide. This site is renowned in the area and often receives investment to boost the quality of facilities and machinery. They are looking for a proactive individual to maintain the site's high standards.

In this role you will oversee the day-to-day production of food products, ensure food hygiene regulations are met, and conduct thorough checks throughout the site. Specialist food industry training will be offered, along with hands-on and machinery training.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production environment, with a proactive approach and knowledge of health & safety and ideally an understanding of food hygiene regulations however this is not essential.

The Role

Supervising the production of a food manufacturing site
Ensure health and safety standards are met
Conduct thorough checks across production processes such as weight and recipes
Completing regulatory documentation
Afternoon shift (2pm – 10:30pm)
The Person

Supervisory experience within a manufacturing/production environment
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience within the food industry is desirable, but not essential
