We are looking for an experienced Civil QC Supervisor to join our team on a major decommissioning & CCS project. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will supervise a team of 4–5 inspectors, ensure Quality Control Plans are correctly implemented, and act as a key daily interface with the client.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and witness civil inspections, ensuring full implementation of approved Quality Control Plans.

Review reports and documentation produced by inspectors and verify the collection of required Quality Records, including subcontracted activities.
*
Oversee the preparation of Quality Dossiers for final handover.
*
Check availability, adequacy, calibration and traceability of equipment, instrumentation and consumables.
*
Ensure correct receipt, storage and identification of materials.
*
Support the setup and maintenance of QC Information System rules.
*
Contribute to the qualification and evaluation of inspection personnel, and review work procedures including special processes.
*
Ensure the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management process is correctly applied and effective.
*
Confirm tests, controls and inspections are carried out according to QC Plans and ITPs, and verify collection of all relevant documentation for Mechanical Completion.
What We’re Looking For
*
5+ years’ experience as a Civil QC Supervisor.
*
10+ years’ QC experience in Oil & Gas or a related heavy-industry environment (QC essential – not QA).
*
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
*
ISO 9001:2015 certification.
*
Strong technical expertise in civil Quality Control inspections.
*
Proven on-site experience, including NCR management and QC Plan oversight.
