Quantity Surveyor

Remote – Full time work from home

Utilities / Civils / M&E / Construction

I’m currently working with a contractor who are an accredited provider of gas, electricity and water connections. The business is predominantly a utility infrastructure provider, but has recently acquired other business such as Civils, M&E, building company the list continues.

Based in London, they are looking to add to their commercial team and are recruiting for a competent Quantity Surveyor on a permanent contract.

The Candidate:

* 3-5 years’ experience or more (ideally in civils, utilities or construction)

* Happy to work majority from home

* Ideally degree qualified or HNC

* Ideally resides in South Wales or Bristol

* Hugely motivated, driven and keen to progress

Responsibilities:

* The candidate will be responsible for commercial function which essentially will revolve around managing the budget of the project against the actual costs.

* Carry out the procurement and establish the estimated final costs before work commences.

Package:

* They will report directly into the head of commercial

* working hours are 8.30 to 5pm

* Salary flexible depending on the level of candidate
