MPS Industrial are currently recruiting for a Receptionist Administrator for our manufacturing client based in Llantrisant.

As the Receptionist Administrator, the successful candidate will be the first contact and must always be welcoming and helpful. You will play a key role as our front of house reception meeting, greeting and supporting a wide range of visitors from customers to suppliers to engineers and others.

Objectives:

* Prompt and attentive service to visitors at all times.

* Meet outgoing and incoming mail deadlines daily.

* Complete confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.

* Set the Presence Indicator Board to appear on the TV screen daily at 5pm before going home.

Knowledge and experience

Essential Administrative Support:

· Manage the full range of reception desk activity.

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

· Meet and greet Company guests and visitors.

· Monitor the Presence Indicator Board.

· Ensure that fire evacuation reports are available at all times.

· Book the use of the interview room.

· Typing and administrative work on behalf of the Chairman (confidential) and others

· Tannoy messages as required.

· Provide tea and coffee for managers and staff on request.

· General admin duties as required (training will be provided)

· Postal brochures

· Trustpilot and Real Kitchens reporting

· Customer Forum lunches (with help and guidance)

· Scanning for the Accounts Department

· After training – inputting Accounts invoices

· Admin work on stocktake paperwork.

Essential Finance/Accounts Support:

· Purchase Ledger

o Enter supplier invoices onto the PIR log once coded.

o Scan purchase ledger documents.

· Sales Ledger

o Scan in the contract builder sales invoices and credit notes along with the backup paperwork.

o Scan in the finance delivery notes (retail and trade customers) and finance remittance advices.

o Scan in credit notes for Studios (Masterclass) and Trade.

· Accounts Work

o Enter the biannual stock take quantities into the excel schedules.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8am until 4.30pm (40 hours per week)

Rate of Pay

£11.44 per hour, paid weekly.

Please note – this is a temporary contract which starts on the 10th of June 2024 and ends on the 5th of July 2024.
