Location: Wrexham – Well-established 2-bed EBD home with 1 resident young person

Salary: £50,000 base, up to £65,000 OTE with achievable bonuses

About the Role:

• Lead the day-to-day running of a stable, successful 2-bed EBD children’s home

• Oversee a dedicated team supporting one resident young person

• Uphold and improve on the service’s “Excellent” CIW rating

• Drive high standards of care, safeguarding, and therapeutic support

• Maintain regulatory compliance and lead on inspections

• Foster a values-led, positive team culture

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior role within children’s residential care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) — or working towards

• Strong leadership and safeguarding experience

• Child-centred with a therapeutic mindset

• Confident managing compliance, quality, and team development
