Reliability Manager
Location: Unit 6, Snowdonia Business Park, Penrhyndeudreath LL48 6LD
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 a year
Job type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift type: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
We’re working on behalf of our client to find a proactive and forward-thinking Reliability Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead our site’s reliability and maintenance strategy, ensuring equipment uptime, safety and compliance
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes
* Manage maintenance budgets, contracts and spare parts inventory
* Identify and deliver costsaving and performance-improvement initiatives
* Support capital projects, upgrades and new equipment installations
Must haves:
* Proven experience in maintenance or reliability management within manufacturing or engineering
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and reliability engineering principles
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop highperforming teams

* A relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
