We are recruiting for an adaptable Sales Administrator with good Excel skills to join a global manufacturer of refrigeration units based at their offices in Hawarden. Fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and welcoming team! 

This is a permanent Sales Administrator position offering a salary up to £22-23,500 per annum dependent on experience working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week), with one week in 4 working 9.30am-5.30pm. 

As Sales Administrator you will work within a small sales administration team which processes customers’ quotes and orders for the company's fridge, spare part and servicing requirements. Your role will involve the following duties: 

Purchase order processing, receive, book in and enter on Sage 200 via data entry
Deal with failed delivery queries, arranging re-delivery and raising aborted delivery charges
Update customers' bespoke order systems
Check Sage Pay daily for any fraud messages
Send out product brochures when requested
Send out sales order confirmations daily
Take orders over the phone
Give sales advice on company products
Check all orders have been received by suppliers and process Proof of Delivery notes when required
Keep customer spreadsheets as well as internal spreadsheets up to date (failed deliveries etc)
Take service calls, provide advice, and arrange service engineer visits when necessary
Quote for spare parts and process orders when raised
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience: 

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or similar ideally within a sales team environment
Customer Order Processing experience with good data entry skills
A confident and polite phone manner with outstanding customer service skills
Problem solving skills
Be able to take feedback positively
Be able to adapt the way you work to best suit customer needs
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
Working knowledge of Sage 200 desirable although training can be provided (order processing)
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or logistics would be advantageous but not essential 
Knowledge of spare parts/ repairs would be useful
