The Role of Sales & Finance Administrator:
We are recruiting for an Administrator to support the Finance, Sales and Marketing team for our clients based in Welshpool. They are an established family run recycling centre that deal with commercial waste and recycling.

The Responsibilities of Sales & Finance Administrator:

Assist in the management of the company's bespoke stock control software to include ticket management, setting up of new customers / suppliers, invoicing when required, self-bill process and, maintaining accurate price listings.

Produce weekly and monthly ticket list reports and statements using the company's stock control / weighbridge software, and issue to customers.

Support the sales and wider team by assisting with administrative duties.

Assist in the data capture and report management of financial and operational KPI's for the Financial Controller.

Support the finance team with invoicing & credit control support when required.

Provide cover for the Weighbridge Operative. To include the booking in and out of vehicles and materials, raising the appropriate paperwork through the stock control / weighbridge software and, assigning the correct price lines.

Provide administrative support in the completion of new internal projects and the set up of new processes across the wider team.

Provide support to the company's Sales Support and Project Manager.
The Ideal Sales & Finance Administrator will have:

Experience working within a Finance Administration role

Confident with using Social Media platforms

High attention to detail

Have a "can do" attitude and support the wider team and departments when required.
