Vibe Recruit are looking for a Yard Operator with a valid Counterbalance licence to join our client in Hengoed, on a long-term basis. This is a hands-on outdoor role, offering consistent day-shift hours and varied duties.
Salary: £12.27 per hour /Paid weekly
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance forklift (valid licence essential)
Working outdoors in the yard on a daily basis
Cleaning and maintaining the yard area
Handling and organising recyclable packaging
Loading and unloading lorries
Supporting the regrind process of waste plastic using a grinding machine (training provided once settled in)
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance forklift licence
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, hardworking, and able to carry out manual tasks
Previous yard or warehouse experience beneficial
